From September 1st we’re offering a Sud de France specials menu including dishes such as Soupe de Poisson du Sud - a rich and rustic fish soup with croutons and Cassoulet de Castelnaudary - a traditional slow cooked casserole of Toulouse sausage, duck confit and white beans.
